Pairings-
Dojima Daigo/Goda Ryuji (hurt Daigo) / (hurt Ryuji): I like to see these two go from lovers to enemies and back again, because I love that Daigo has a history with Ryuji prior to the events of Y2. Ryuji's arm loss in Dead Souls is dubiously canon, but it's a dubiously canon that I actually love, so anything that touches on that would be fantastic. Set pre- or post-Y2, I don't have strong preferences, but if it's post-Y2, I'd be interested in that furious betrayal from Daigo's POV, whether he's the comforter or the comfortee.

Ryuji struggling with no longer being the most powerful, because of injury permanent or otherwise, is something I want to see more of. I think it's interesting to take him, someone who's so damn sure of himself right to the very end, and break that confidence a little. Make him a little dependent on others.

Dojima Daigo/Mine Yoshitaka (both hurt) / (hurt Daigo): Daigo getting shot and not falling into a coma could be very, very tasty. Especially if that means he's heading the Tojo through the events of Y3, delirious with pain and maybe even infection because he keeps skipping out of the hospital, with Mine as one of his only trusted companions. Bonus points for Mine getting similarly injured trying to defend a conscious Daigo at some point and trying to keep it under wraps; his suffering doesn't hold a candle to the level of stress Daigo is working under, so clearly he can just keep it under wraps and carry on. (Spoiler: he can't, and Daigo wants to take care of him while Mine's doing is best to take care of Daigo.)

Dojima Daigo/Mine Yoshitaka (hurt Mine): MINE DIES IN Y3 AND I'M STILL SAD ABOUT IT. Make him a little less dead. Make him absolutely miserable because he's less dead. Take all that shame and self-loathing and utter devotion to Daigo and have him wallow in it, because if he were dead than he could've gone out knowing he was doing something right (finally), but being alive forces him to come to terms with his choices. He nearly ruins the Tojo after uplifting it in the first place, and part of that is because his devotion to Daigo blinded him to what Daigo actually wanted. I want him to suffer from that, and I would love to see Daigo forgive him and help him keep marching forward, because he's been so deep in the shit before that he couldn't see a way out once too.

Dojima Daigo/Shinada Tatsuo (hurt Shinada): So, Shinada. I like that he's such a puppy and an absolute sweetheart, and I like that he's got this self-sacrificing nature underneath that lackadaisical exterior. Getting injured and trying to hide it because he doesn't think it's important enough for Daigo to fuss over, maybe getting permanently injured and not being sure if he should accept Daigo buying prosthetics for him... I just want to see him try and hide that he's hurt, because he's so used to being neck deep in debt and struggling that it doesn't register as something he can ask for help with.

Kiryu Kazuma/Majima Goro (both hurt): MAJIMA AND KIRYU GETTING TORTURED TOGETHER AND HAVING TO WORK THEIR WAY THROUGH IT. I don't have any good scenarios for this (Shimano puts them in the hole? Majima gets kidnapped and Kiryu's stupid ass does too looking for him? Vice versa? The Omi are trying to get back at the Tojo by taking out their two heaviest hitters?) but I really love the idea of both of them supporting each other through torture and then having to work through the long, slow slog towards recovery after the fact. Majima isn't a young guy! Kiryu's starting to get up there too! It's gonna take longer than it did when they were freshfaced young kids!

Or, for a variation on the theme: young Majima and Kiryu being stuffed in the Hole together at some point. Majima's recovery and Kiryu's recovery dovetailing with the hideous pressure of performing under Shimano just to be let back into the Tojo.

Kiryu Kazuma/Majima Goro (hurt Kiryu): Kiryu getting injured bad enough that he can't do his usual powerhouse shit and has to learn a better way of fighting (at least temporarily) would be fun, especially if Spinny Kicks The Yakuza is the one to try and teach him. Maybe Kiryu's arm is broken and he can't use it for risk of losing it, so he has to focus on dodging and kicking more. Maybe Kiryu's back gets fucked up and he can't lift motorcycles to chuck at people anymore. Just something that forces him to relearn how to fight, with Majima alternating being comforting and goading as he helps Kiryu stagger back towards competence.

Kiryu Kazuma/Majima Goro (hurt Majima): As much as I like Daigo overworking while injured, I love Majima doing it too. Especially since Majima Construction requires more oversight than Majima Family did, so he really can't stop doing the paperwork. And he's old school yakuza, so he's so used to being fucked up and back in the office working again that it doesn't register that he should be taking a break. You have a concussion/broken limb/still bleeding wound, Majima! Stop working! Since Kiryu's the only one Majima's inclined to listen to about that, Kiryu's the one that has to step in and force him to take care of himself.

Marcus Holloway/Wrench (hurt Wrench): So that headcanon that Wrench limps because he broke his back in an altercation with a cop? Love that! Wrench is a bundle of anxiety in an aggressively projected shell of confidence, and that has to be exhausting when combined with the constant, grating, overwhelming reality that is chronic pain. I want that mask to slip (and maybe even his real mask to slip) when the pain gets to be too much, and Marcus noticing. Even if Wrench tries to play it off, Marcus is there, not letting him shittalk himself and doing his best to take care of him.

Marcus Holloway/Wrench (both hurt): Wrench and Marcus bonding over trauma, with Marcus being kidnapped and Wrench being kidnapped and Wrench's hideously unhappy childhood! Marcus and Wrench getting hurt out on a mission, having to lean on each other to get back! Marcus taking a bullet for Wrench and Wrench freaking the fuck out about it, injuring himself in return as he tries to get them to safety! I'll take a lot of different flavors of this, I just want these boys to be here for each other.

Jordi Chin/Aiden Pearce (hurt Aiden): Aiden's a depressed fucking wreck and honestly he's been injured so often that he's bound to have chronic pain issues by this point. I want Jordi to figure out just how fucked up Aiden is and force him to take better care of himself. It's time for self care bitch, let's get you some fruit.

From the more kink-AU side of things, an Aiden that's never been treated right in a D/s world and fronts as dominant because of it is delicious, and Jordi as the first and only dominant to properly take care of Aiden and put him down the way he deserves is something I'd love to see. I want Aiden to hit subspace so hard he forgets his own name, and I want it to be the best thing he's ever felt, and I want him to be miserable with the realization that there's only one person who's able or willing to treat him the right way. (And then, obviously, Jordi stays because duh, this is his submissive now.)

Jordi Chin/Aiden Pearce (hurt Jordi) / (hurt Aiden): Soulmate AUs! I love soulmate AUs, and I really love the sort where soulmates carry each other's injuries and pain before ever meeting. Either an end-of-game or post-game scenario where Aiden and Jordi realize Oh Fuck because they're hunted each other now would be great - Aiden chucked Jordi off a lighthouse and gave himself a concussion, Jordi actually managed to shoot him and couldn't use his dominant arm for a week... I like the tension of still technically wanting to kill each other but also not having the willpower to go through with it, and both Aiden and Jordi realizing that they're tied down to each other.

Jordi Chin/Aiden Pearce (hurt Jordi) : Nobody turns out like Jordi Chin if they had a happy, healthy childhood. Figuring out how Aiden responds to that kind of bomb in a conversation is something I'd love. Personal headcanon has Jordi as hypersexual from childhood sexual abuse, but any sort of shitty childhood or traumatic formative events are good.

Jordi Chin/Marcus Holloway (hurt Jordi): Marcus and Jordi as a soulmate pair is just, 100%, so fucking funny to me, but also has so much potential to be sad given Jordi's profession and history and Marcus's struggle through WD2 and after. Especially good is if this cataloging of scars, and realization that they're soulmated, makes Marcus see Jordi as something other than a terrifyingly strange murder machine... and makes Jordi see Marcus as something other than a means to an end. Emphasis on Jordi having a shitty history of any kind, mostly because I feel like that's easier for Marcus to empathize with than 'yeah so I got shot trying to kill someone, feel bad for me.'

A different, more direct approach to Enemies to Lovers, would be Marcus and Jordi getting caught after the Anton job and their captors thinking they're a matched set. Jordi getting tortured because their captors think that they can use him against Marcus, and Jordi deliberately setting himself up to be the torturee because he knows he can take it but thinks Marcus will crumple like a wet paper bag. Bonus for Jordi talking Marcus through medical care during either an escape attempt or directly post-torture session, and being super detached despite how much pain he's obviously in. (Ideally, would prefer them to rescue themselves, but in this kind of scenario being rescued is fine too. As long as neither of them dies by the end, I'm happy.)

Pairings -
Cala Athmaza & Deret Beshelar & Maia Drazhar (hurt Maia Drazhar): Get Maia sick from overwork and then take care of him again! After all, an emperor can't rest, but he really needs to rest, and who better to enforce resting than his nohecharei? Having Maia struggle with accepting comfort, and apologizing for being a burden, while everyone around him is just trying to get him to take care of himself is good. The fact that he's got time-critical tasks he has to slog through while sick is even better, because it means that there's a careful dance between overwhelming a very sick emperor and still getting enough work done that Maia doesn't feel like a total failure when he's vulnerable. Being sick sucks.

Csethiro Ceredin/Maia Drazhar (hurt Maia Drazhar): All of the above still holds if it's Csethiro playing the role of sick herder. But I really want to see her reactions to Maia's treatment by Setheris, including the scars left behind on both body and spirit. She's so fiercely protective of him by the end of the book, I want to see her take that fierceness and soften it a little when telling Maia just how much he means to her. Bonus points for this only coming to fore sometime after they're married, when Maia's touch starvation and self-worth issues become more obvious in private.

Pairings -
Hanazawa Teruki/Kageyama "Mob" Shigeo (hurt Teruki): Teruki? Is like? Homeless? His parents are never around and haven't been for a while? Teruki has literally 100% thrown himself behind the Mob ideal of helping others, maybe without realizing that keeping himself afloat is still important?

I like sickfic with Teru, but I also like Teru learning new things with his powers (he's one of the most adaptive characters in the series!) and overexerting himself. I want to see him forced to accept help, especially if he's trying to help Mob out without letting on to the fact that he's hurting.

Kageyama Ritsu & Kageyama "Mob" Shigeo (hurt Ritsu) / (hurt Shigeo): Sickfic! Any kind of sickfic, especially if being sick makes Mob's control slip... or worse, Ritsu's. Mob teaching Ritsu some ways to handle his new power would be nice too, because everything Mob does seems so effortless that I can easily see Ritsu thinking he has to be effortless with it too.

A return to the time Mob hurt Ritsu would be great too; injured Ritsu trying to calm Mob down is always lovely, even if Mob isn't the one who hurt him.

Kageyama Ritsu/Suzuki Shou (hurt Ritsu): Ritsu struggling with his recently awakened power but refusing to ask for help is even more fun with it's Shou he's avoiding admitting this too. Partly because he wants to look on top of things (I love how neurotic Ritsu is at all times always) but also partly because all his experience with other espers is either the weakest of the flock or overpowered wunderkind. Even if Ritsu's the latter, he doesn't realize it, and the strain of his new powers could wear on him pretty easily. Having Shou sit him down and walk him through that inadequacy could be really fun.

Kageyama Ritsu/Suzuki Shou (hurt Shou): Conversely, Shou has been trained to never show weakness, first by his father and then by the image he had to project while trying to gain the strength to take his father down. So Shou getting sick or losing control of his power, especially if he's been stockpiling and now over the limit he knows how to control, would be an interesting angle to explore! Especially since Ritsu's issues with Mob mirror Shou's, but his relationship with his brother and family is much less unhealthy. Having him comfort Shou and show him that weakness isn't a death warrant would be amazing.

Pairings
Iron Bull/Cullen Rutherford (Hurt Cullen): A lot of focus on Cullen's history of trauma would be nice here, especially with Iron Bull picking his brain to pieces and then fitting it back together again. Using kink as a way of processing that helplessness into a shape that Cullen can handle again is perfect, as is any sort of focus on his lyrium addiction and the withdrawals from that.

Other good stuff is anything where Cullen, as the commander of the Inquisition, is kidnapped and tortured under the impression that he'd reveal secrets. The fact that he's been tortured before doesn't necessarily make him more resilient the next time, and having Bull as a bulwark to try and avoid falling back into the same nasty bad habits that he did in Kirkwall would be paramount. After all, Cullen can't afford to hate mages as much as his trauma wants him to, not without undermining the small steps forward the Inquisition has already made. Bull's as unmagical as they come, and he's steady.

Dorian Pavus/Cullen Rutherford (Hurt Cullen): Lyrium withdrawals! Lyrium withdrawals and Cullen struggling with the day-to-day grind of living when his body hurts too much to breathe sometimes. And it's not that no one is noticing, it's just that he's too valuable to break (he says) so he can't afford to show that sort of weakness. And here's Dorian, who frankly does not give a shit about what anyone else has to say, deciding that he's going to be there for Cullen anyways and do what he can to ease that pain.

Dorian using magic as comfort and Cullen having to address any sort of discomfort with that magic would be fantastic, especially if that forces Cullen to confront all those inner demons he's been trying to bury instead. Not just his own torture, but the things in Kirkwall he turned a blind eye to.

Dorian Pavus/Cullen Rutherford (both Hurt): Shared torture experiences! Shared addiction experiences! Shared horror of having someone trying to take their minds with blood magic and twist it into something they never wanted to be! Just make both of them hurt, and miserable, and bonding with each other over that miserable hurt, because even if they're two very different people, they have so much in common.

Dorian Pavus/Cullen Rutherford (hurt Dorian): There's a headcanon that runs around about Dorian having chronic pain and that's part of why he always has the one arm out, because too much pressure or sensation on the skin there is like knives into his skin. Dovetail that with some of the hypermobile Dorian headcanons I've seen, and you have a Dorian that isn't aware that his experiences with pain are unusual; if he's drinking for fun, to drown his sorrows, to stave off boredom, all of that can also ease some of the constant ache he's never quite free of.

Cullen, who's gone from being a man in his prime to a lyrium addicted wreck, fighting the pain of his withdrawal symptoms, might be perfect for noticing that. Especially if the same weather that destroys his joints and concentration also clearly sends Dorian into the warmest rooms with whiskey in hand. So I'd love to see Cullen broaching that conversation, trying to figure out better coping mechanisms for Dorian other than drinking, maybe using this as a way to take his mind off his own pain but with Dorian as still the major focus.

Art Likes

Yakuza - Anything that focuses on injury or being tenderly nursed through injury, ideally with shirts off. (Though obviously the massive tattoos makes that a dicey prospect, so shirts on is fine too.) Blood, bruising, carefully wrapping bandages around wounds... Injury focused, mostly.

Watch Dogs - Hugging, crying, curling up under the blankets and getting comforted would all be pluses for any of the pairings. Injury care is good too, I'm totally here to see my faves covered in blood, but more fluff oriented comfort pieces would be nice.

Mob Psycho 100 - Big emphasis on the comfort! Hugging it out through a psychic storm, taking care of each other while sick, touching someone whose psychic aura is trying to repel all touch... Fluffy stuff, mostly.
